Once my VM booted, I installed VMware tools and the Horizon agent on it. I ran it on a Dell PowerEdge R610 ESXi 6.0U2 host, using a local datastore backed by a Micron M500DC 2.5" SSD drive.Īs my vCenter server was temporarily down, I used the new Web-based VMware Host Client rather than the vSphere native client to access my ESXi host directly.
